Товар пришёл достаточно быстро. По России не отслеживается. Плата выполняет только базовые функции защиты от переразряда, перезаряда, по току и от короткого замыкания. Балансировки не выполняет поэтому такая дешёвая. Кому не нужна балансировка и не высокие токи разряда эта плата оптимальная.
